About:Sertraline can be used to treat many different problems. The majority of these problems are mental illnesses. Side effects:Sertraline has a few different side effects which include nausea, diarrhea, insomnia, and sexual side effects. But unlike other SSRI's it does not have the side effect of weight gain.
